Prospective clients- Please complete this form (or email or call me directly according to your preference) if you are interested in starting counseling with me. I will email you back to schedule a free 20-30 minute phone call to confirm that we are a good fit to work together. In the phone call, we will briefly discuss your concerns and goals for therapy and you will learn more about me and my approach to counseling.
Current clients- You may access your Simple Practice client portal via the link below. Use the portal to complete document requests, secure a “Superbill,” or update information in my system. Please call or email if you experience challenges with the Simple Practice system.

Recalibrate Therapy is located in the Denny Building (2200 6th Avenue, Suite 604, Seattle, WA 98121). The location is at the intersection of South Lake Union, Downtown, Belltown, and Queen Anne neighborhoods. It is walkable for many, public transportation friendly (near Westlake Light Rail Station and 3rd Ave Bus corridor), and convenient for drivers with easy access to 99 and I5 and ample parking on street and in nearby garages.
Street Parking: Meters range from $1-4/hr based on location and time of day and have 2-4 hour parking limits. Consider downloading the “PayByPhone” App to your mobile phone for easy street parking payment management.

2121 7th Ave- Amazon Garage (Closest car entrance at 6th & Blanchard)*
2021 7th Ave- Amazon Garage (Closest car entrance at 6th & Virginia)*
*Amazon Garages offer 1-2 hour “retail” parking, $3/first hr, $4/1-2 hrs. Mind the signs: sometimes garages are “Full EXCEPT for 1-2 hour retail parking.” This is good news for you as a “retail” parker!
